The following terms and conditions apply to all SMSbutler.co.uk subscribers.
1. User information.
You must agree to SMSbutler.co.uk saving and using your user information as part of the text message service.
2. User right to access and corrections.
In accordance with legislation on personal information, you are entitled to access your saved personal information and make corrections to this information at any time.
This right applies only when the service is active. Personal information is saved as long as the subscription is active and is then deleted once you cancel your subscription.
3. Security
SMSbutler.co.uk agrees not to make your personal information available to any third party or use your personal information for purposes other than those pertaining to the service.
4. Limitation of liability
You are aware of the cancellation policy, that you are not able to cancel once you subscribe to this service (30-day subscription).
SMSbutler.co.uk is not liable for failed, delayed, or faulty reminders. No guarantee can be made that the message will be received (it is, for example, the responsibility of the user to make sure the mobile is turned on). It is always your personal responsibility to follow the advice that SMSbutler.co.uk sends you. This text message service is only a tool to help remind you about fitness and exercise. You understand that the text message service as such does not constitute any form of actual treatment. Furthermore, SMSbutler.co.uk declines all liability for any damages that occur as a result of the use of our text message service or for any third-party claims.
SMSbutler.co.uk reserves the right to bar individuals who abuse this service from using the text message service.
5. User obligations
You are not permitted to use another person’s telephone number without having obtained permission from the person in question.
6. O2 Customers
When you take out a 30-days subscription, you will receive 2x £5.00 billable messages from shortcode 84300 to make up the full amount of £10.00.
7. 30-day subscription
Cancellation policy does not apply during the 30-day subscription period. Your subscription will end after 90 text messages (equal to total charges of £ 10.00) during the 30-day subscription period.
Once you have received your 90th text message, you will immediately receive another text, reading:
This subscription can be renewed by texting FIT to 85002
(Vodafone, T-mobile, Orange, 3, Virgin Mobile and Tesco Mobile customers)
This subscription can be renewed by texting FIT to 84300
(O2 customers)
The subscription can be cancelled by texting FITSTOP to 85002
(Vodafone, T-mobile, Orange, 3, Virgin Mobile and Tesco Mobile customers)
The user will receive this information in each text message.

SMSbutler.co.uk reserves the right to temporarily suspend service in conjunction with maintenance, upgrades, and changes. Notification of such suspension periods are sent by text message when possible. SMSfitbutler.co.uk reserves the right to change or completely discontinue the service. You will be notified by text message if SMSfitbutler.co.uk opts to discontinue the service.
8. Marketing
By subscribing to SMSbutler.co.uk you are also agreeing to SMSbutler.co.uk sending you advertisements by text message.
However, this applies only for as long as you are subscribed to your service, and these advertisements will be sent as part of the three text messages or as a service notification.
SMSbutler.co.uk will not sell your personal information to any third party.
9. Cancellation policy
Once you have accepted these terms and conditions for subscription to our text message service, your cancellation policy is governed by the Danish Consumer Agreement Act.
10. 30-day subscription price
You will receive a total of 90 text messages over the course of 30 days for a price of GBP £10.00
You will receive a total of three text message reminders per day with advice and tips on health and fitness.
A 30-day subscription costs a total of GBP £10.00
Cancellation costs only the equivalent of your general text message charge.
All amounts are charged via your mobile phone bill.
O2 customers will receive 2x £5.00 billable messages (in total £10)
11. Copyright
Material and photos on http://www.smsbutler.co.uk are made available only for viewing and reading. This material may be cited and released in excerpt form with clear source credits http://www.smsbutler.co.uk
This material may not be copied in digital form, and the material may not be used for commercial purposes.Copying and printing, however, are permissible for private use.
It is not permitted to copy text messages sent from http://www.smsbutler.co.uk or forward them to a third party.
